General information
For “Tennis Fun” no prior tennis experience is needed.
The duration of the activities is determined by the no. of participants and courts used.
Between games additional activities can be organised on request according to demand.

Programme Itinerary
- Interactive broadening of basic communication skills. What constitutes a communicative person. Feedback process, selective perception, Johari Window.
- The “Inner Game” as a learning and teaching method.
From sport to management coaching. Instead of giving orders the learning process should be steered by conscious perception. Practicle example experienced on the tennis court. We are capable of more than we think!
- The “Charly Principle, thought is more than just thinking – we put our strengths into action.
In practicle exercises we recognise self-inflicted constrictions and replace these with positive and beneficial images. The conscious handling of thought.
- Summary of the most important coaching principles:
From problem-orientated thinking to solution focussing, resource orientation, looking for alternative perspectives, appreciative complements, correct question posing, scaling possibilities, application using Life Coachings.
- Outlined look at question posing techniques, solution-focussed coaching according to Steve de Shazer. A short coaching session with a sustained effect.
- Observation exercise and experiment with focus score card.
Before we make changes observe what is really going on – the 4 reality perspectives
- Applying what we have learned in everyday situations.
