Mental Match Play® - TRAININGS PROGRAMME OF THE EUROPEAN TENNIS ACADEMY   It is generally recognised that the tennis player’s greatest opponent is not on the other side of the net but in his own head. Very few tennis players however take advantage of this knowledge.   In the European Tennis Academy you learn how to use your mental capabilities and potential. In additional to individual support with movement and timing you will also learn how to find and maintain your concentration during a match. The exercises are organised in 3 phases: DISCOVERY – CONVERSION – IMPLIMENTATION   Your wish is our commandwe are happy to put together a tailor-made training programme for your tennis team.
