Tennis camp in Toggenburg

Season Preparation
The Key to Victory
When does a match turn, and where does the momentum go? Your PRESENCE and the MATCH COMPASS are key! In the first session, you’ll learn how to adapt your presence to suit the situation. In the final session, you’ll be given the Match Compass to help with focus and tactics. These two sessions form the ‘key to victory’.
Each team selects the remaining two or three sessions from the five topics on offer to get the season off to a flying start!
Season Preparation – Your Training Program
Hotel Hirschen
Hotel Hirschen is only a 7-minute drive from the indoor tennis court in Unterwasser, and upon request, we can organize a transfer with the hotel shuttle.
Look forward to beautiful, renovated rooms in the fresh Hirschen design by Andrin Schweizer. All rooms offer a magnificent view of the Churfirsten mountains or lush greenery. At Hotel Hirschen, a team of cheerful, humorous hospitality professionals works, along with those who aspire to be. With charm and efficiency, they pamper our guests 365 days a year.
Wellness, bubbling sauna bliss!
The wellness attic features the valley’s largest whirlpool with a counter-current swimming system, bubble massage, and Churfirsten view – the perfect way to unwind after an intense tennis training session. Sauna lovers will also get their money’s worth…
Cuisine to fall in love with!
Hotel Hirschen is the only hotel in the valley offering culinary variety in three different restaurants. In the Hirschen Stube Gourmet & Beiz, you can enjoy classics with a special touch in an upscale and refined setting. At Restaurant Simply Thai, you can treat your palate to a culinary vacation. The traditional Thai cuisine and authentic ambiance will transport you to another world for an evening. And in the rustic and cozy Chalet Max, you can enjoy cheese fondue, raclette, and meat dishes.
Chrütter and Choller, Bar with Style!
Welcome to CHRÜTER & CHOLLER, the “All Bourbon and Blues” bar, awarded in the “BAR & LOUNGE” category by “Best of Swiss Gastro”. “Chrüter” in good Toggenburg dialect means moonshine alpine whiskey. “Choller” refers to mountain fever or having the “blues”. However, for us, it’s mainly about the twelve-bar music that has its roots in the deep South of the USA. As well as the bourbon!
Basically, the bar is open again 6 days a week, but who knows for sure about next year…. There are no more protective measures!
Bowling Alley for Social Evenings
The two bowling alleys provide fun and action for our interclub teams. The secret of every good bowler is a high degree of concentration, feel, and fitness. We know that from tennis too, right?
Wine Specialties from the Hirschen Cellar!
Upon reservation, we can organize a wine tasting with the management for CHF 35.- per person (3x white wine and 3x red wine)
