We will take you to and from the indoor facility with the hotel bus – We take care of your pre-season training in any weather!

The Key to Victory
When does a match turn, and where does the momentum go? Your PRESENCE and the MATCH COMPASS are key! In the first session, you’ll learn how to adapt your presence to suit the situation. In the final session, you’ll be given the Match Compass to help with focus and tactics. These two sessions form the ‘key to victory’.
Each team selects the remaining two or three sessions from the five topics on offer to get the season off to a flying start!

All who wish to indulge in peace and relaxation will find a spectacular wellness area at Quellenhof. To meet the needs of both those seeking tranquility and families, the sauna, relaxation, and swimming areas are separated into three “adults only” areas and one family area. The Quellenhof Resort features a 10,500 m² spa area with a total of 25 saunas, including its award-winning Lake Event Sauna with show infusions. To swim away from everyday life, a unique water landscape with 12 heated pools provides the necessary bathing fun.
