The Key to Victory
When does a match turn, and where does the momentum go? Your PRESENCE and the MATCH COMPASS are key! In the first session, you’ll learn how to adapt your presence to suit the situation. In the final session, you’ll be given the Match Compass to help with focus and tactics. These two sessions form the ‘key to victory’.
Each team selects the remaining two or three sessions from the five topics on offer to get the season off to a flying start!

In the spacious 2,000m² spa, guests are offered the finest in wellness & SPA. The adults-only sauna area features a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and a bio sauna with corresponding relaxation zones. Several sauna infusions are held daily.

- In the morning: Rich gourmet breakfast buffet with fresh baked goods, cheese and sausage specialties, a health corner and egg dishes freshly prepared for you from the show kitchen
- Breakfast time: from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- Evenings: 6-course choice menu with a selection of fish, meat, or vegetarian dishes. Additionally, salad and cheese buffets.
- Occasionally fresh pizza from the in-house pizza oven
- Dinner: We kindly ask you to begin your dinner between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Breakfast and dinner are served in the Panorama Restaurant.

Since the opening of Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise in March 2019, the sommeliers have built up a large selection of exquisite wines and rare vintages. This includes niche products from small local wineries with top quality, which are difficult to find in such variety, and wines that highlight their region of origin, as well as organic cultivation and respect for nature and the product.
